Dennis F. Quebe - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Quebe has spent more than 25 years in the electrical construction industry. He started in the industry after serving four years in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Quebe is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He has a degree in Electrical Technology and is a licensed contractor in over 30 states. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Electrical Contractors Association as District II Vice President. He was inducted as a Fellow of The Academy of Electrical Contracting in 2006. He is a founder level member of the Electri International Foundation having participated in numerous research projects for the electrical industry. He serves as national Chairman on NECA's Government Affairs Committee. He is also a member of numerous industry associations. His civic involvement includes serving on the Executive Board of the Miami Valley Council Boy Scouts of America, a member of the Dayton Development Coalition and serves on the Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Ross has spent more than twenty years in the industry. Mr. Ross is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He also completed the Leadership Institute program. He serves on the IBEW/NECA joint apprenticeship committee as a member and past Chairman. Roger Van Der Horst - Vice President of Finance
Mr. Van Der Horst is VP of Finance, overseeing the accounting and administration departments. Prior to his association with CRT, Mr. Van Der Horst was a controller for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Van Der Horst received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Deakin University in Australia. He is a trustee on the NECA/IBEW Local 82 Retirement Pension Board. Dennis Severance - Vice President of OperationsMr. Severance is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Chapel-Romanoff Technologies. Prior to joining CRT in 2001, Mr. Severance served as the IT Director for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Severance has over 20 years within the technology field, is a BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD®) and serves on the voice-data-video apprenticeship committee. Dennis F. Quebe, Jr. - Vice President Information TechnologyMr. Quebe has over 10 years in the healthcare EDI services and technology development industry. Prior to joining CRT he was the Chief Information Officer for AlohaCare for four years. He created the Information Technology strategy that led to the web site, the provider portal and the custom X12 HIPAA engine that is integrated with the web portal. He also developed EDI for inbound and outbound transactions for the QMACS payer system. Mr. Quebe received his bachelor's degree in Computer Information from the University of Phoenix.
